Every Haus Maids quote is bespoke to your home and your requirements. The price of your clean will depend on the size of your property, the areas you’d like us to cover and how frequently you’d like us to visit.

Rather than applying a standard rate, we arrange a consultation to understand your home properly before providing a fixed flat-rate price per visit. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying before we start – and that price stays the same every visit, with no hidden extras.

Haus Maids does not charge by the hour. All of our services are priced on a flat-rate per visit basis, agreed upfront during your consultation. This means you always know exactly what you are paying – and our teams focus entirely on delivering the standard your home deserves rather than watching the clock.

We don’t work to a set time – we work to a standard. Our teams stay until the clean is complete and meets the standard agreed during your consultation, however long that takes. This is one of the key benefits of our flat-rate pricing – you are paying for a result, not a clock.

Getting a quote is straightforward. Simply get in touch with your local Haus Maids office and we will arrange a convenient consultation to discuss your home and your requirements. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your fixed flat-rate quote on the day of your consultation – with pricing options for every frequency so you can choose what suits you best. 

There is no obligation and no pressure. Just a clear, transparent price for a service tailored entirely to your home.

Following each clean you will receive an invoice from your local Haus Maids office. Payment methods may vary by location – your local office will confirm the options available to you during your consultation. Many of our clients choose to set up a standing order for the convenience of automatic payment. 

What is included in a regular clean?2026-06-03T09:59:24+01:00

Every clean is tailored to your home and agreed with you during your consultation, so the service always reflects your individual priorities. For most clients a regular clean will cover bathrooms, en-suites and WCs thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, the kitchen including surfaces and all key areas, all rooms dusted top to bottom including skirting boards and fixtures, and floors vacuumed throughout and mopped where required. 

If there are specific areas or tasks you would like us to focus on, simply discuss these during your consultation and we will build them into your bespoke cleaning plan.

Yes – our teams arrive fully equipped with everything they need to do an exceptional job. All cleaning equipment and products are provided by Haus Maids, so there is nothing for you to source, store or prepare before your clean. 

If you have specific product requirements – for example due to allergies or sensitivities – simply let your local office know during your consultation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All of the products used by our teams have been carefully selected for use in the home. We offer a full range of one-off cleaning services including deep cleans, spring cleans, special occasion cleans and cleaning for people who are moving home. There is no requirement to commit to a regular service, though many of our one-off clients choose to do so once they have experienced the Haus Maids standard.

Yes – Haus Maids provides a professional end of tenancy cleaning service trusted by tenants and letting agents. We agree exactly what is included before we start, provide a receipt for the clean which you can present to your landlord or letting agent, and stand behind our work with our satisfaction guarantee.

Yes – Haus Maids provides a professional cleaning and preparation service for holiday homes and Airbnb properties. We offer hotel-standard cleaning and presentation between every guest stay, with the flexibility to accommodate last minute bookings that the nature of short term letting often requires.

Every member of our cleaning team is a fully employed member of staff – not a self-employed contractor. This means our team members are trained, managed and accountable in a way that simply isn't possible with a self-employed model. 

It also means our team members receive holiday pay and sick pay, which allows us to attract and retain the very best people who are looking for a stable, long-term position rather than casual work. The result is a more consistent, more committed and more professional service for our clients.

Every candidate goes through a rigorous recruitment and selection process before they are offered a position with Haus Maids. All new team members are fully background-checked and receive thorough training before they begin working in clients' homes. 

Our high standards for recruitment mean that not everyone who applies to join our team is successful. We are selective because our clients deserve the best – and we are only interested in attracting people who share our commitment to delivering an exceptional service.

We always aim to send the same team to your property on every visit. Having a familiar team who knows your home, your preferences and your routine makes a genuine difference to the consistency and quality of the clean you receive. 

In the event that a team member is on holiday or unwell, we will do our best to ensure continuity and any substitute team will have full access to your detailed client notes so they know exactly how you like things done.

We will arrange for a suitable substitute team to carry out your clean. All client preferences and requirements are recorded on our management system, so any team covering for your regular team will know exactly how you like things done. 

In most cases only one member of your regular team is likely to be absent at any one time, which means there will usually be at least one familiar face at your property. Your clean will go ahead as planned – that is one of the key advantages of working with an employed team rather than a single independent cleaner.

There are several significant differences. Every Haus Maids cleaner is a fully employed member of staff – not a self-employed individual working independently. This means our teams are trained, managed and accountable to a standard that simply cannot be replicated by a sole trader or small agency using casual workers. 

We carry full public liability insurance and key holder insurance, we provide all equipment and products, and every client is looked after by a local Director who is personally accountable for the service they receive. 

With an independent cleaner, if they are unwell or unavailable your clean simply doesn't happen. With Haus Maids, we have the depth of team and the management structure to ensure your clean goes ahead as planned.

We understand that inviting a cleaning team into your home is a significant decision, and we take that responsibility very seriously. 

Every member of our cleaning team is a fully employed member of staff who has been through a rigorous recruitment process and is fully background-checked before working in any client's home. Our teams operate under a strict code of conduct at all times and treat every property they work in with the utmost care and respect. 

Your keys are stored securely with us – coded without any property details – and we hold full key holder insurance. Alarm codes are managed securely within our management system and accessible only to your team. 

Your home is also looked after by a local Director who owns their business and is personally accountable for the service you receive. This isn't a faceless operation – there is a real person responsible for your experience, backed by the standards and support of the wider Haus Maids network.

Yes – Haus Maids holds full public liability insurance as well as key holder insurance, giving you complete peace of mind that your home and your property are fully protected. Your local office will be happy to provide further details on request.

No – many of our clients choose to be out during their clean, and we make that as straightforward as possible. We hold key holder insurance and store all client keys securely, coded without any property details attached. Alarm codes, where required, are stored securely within our management system and are only accessible to your team. 

If you prefer to be at home during your clean, that is of course entirely fine.

Because our teams are fully employed we have the flexibility to accommodate new clients at relatively short notice in many cases. Once your consultation has taken place and your quote has been agreed, your local office will confirm the earliest available start date.

We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred day. When arranging your service your local office will discuss available days and work with you to find a schedule that suits you as closely as possible.

There is no need to prepare your home before your team arrives. During your consultation you will have the opportunity to show us your home and talk through exactly what you would like us to focus on – and from there, we take care of everything.

Yes – we understand that life doesn't always run to schedule. If you need to move or cancel an appointment, simply give us the appropriate notice as set out in our terms and we will take care of it. There is no minimum commitment period, and we will always do our best to accommodate changes to your schedule where we can.

We are confident in the standard of work our teams deliver, but if you are ever not completely satisfied with any aspect of your clean we will return to put it right – at no extra charge and as quickly as practically possible. 

After every clean you will also receive a feedback email so you can share your thoughts directly with your local office. We take that feedback seriously and act on it. Your local Director will also carry out periodic quality visits to ensure standards are being consistently maintained.
