Bespoke Pricing for Every Home
Every home is different. A three-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen and a dog is a very different proposition to a three-bedroom house with one bathroom and a compact kitchen. A client who wants a thorough weekly clean of the whole property has different requirements to one who wants a fortnightly clean focused on specific areas.
This is why every Haus Maids quote is bespoke. Your home is unique, your requirements are unique, and your price should reflect that. A bespoke quote ensures you pay the right price for exactly what you need – tailored to your home, your requirements and the service you want from us.
What Haus Maids Pricing Includes
When you receive your Haus Maids quote, you are paying for significantly more than a clean. Every quote includes:
- A fully employed, trained and vetted professional cleaning team
- Full public liability insurance and key holder insurance
- All cleaning equipment and products supplied – nothing for you to source or provide
- A uniformed team arriving in a company vehicle
- Secure key holding with full key holder insurance
- A dedicated local Director personally accountable for your service
- Our satisfaction guarantee – we will return to put anything right at no extra charge
- A post-clean feedback process so your voice is always heard
This is not the same service as an independent cleaner working alone for a few hours. It is a fully managed, professional cleaning service – and it is priced accordingly.
One Fixed Price, Every Visit
Our pricing is based on a flat rate per visit – agreed upfront during your consultation and confirmed in writing. You will pay the same amount every time we visit, regardless of how the week has been or how the home looks when we arrive. No hourly rates. No variable charges. No surprises on your invoice.
All prices are subject to VAT. This will be clearly stated in your written quote so there is nothing hidden and nothing unexpected.
The only exception to the standard visit price is your initial clean, which is priced separately to bring your home up to the standard we will then maintain – and any optional extras you choose to add to your service, which are always agreed and priced in advance.

Before we provide your quote we arrange a consultation – at a time that works best for you. This is an opportunity for us to properly understand your home, your priorities and what a great clean means to you.
It’s also where we find out the things that make a real difference to getting the service right – the areas that matter most to you, the parts of your home that need particular attention, whether you have children or pets, and anything else that helps us tailor the service to your household.
At the end of your consultation, in the vast majority of cases, you will leave with a clear, fixed quote for every frequency option – weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly and monthly – so you can choose the service that suits you best. No waiting around. No chasing for a response. A clear price, on the day.
